I’m Carole Ann Penney, and I’m here to help you navigate your career with purpose and resilience. For 10 years, I’ve coached mission-driven professionals like you on their path to design a meaningful career that aligns with who they are.

It’s my mission (and my passion!) to help you explore your big questions, get clear on who you are, and close the gaps between where you are and where you want to be.

As a Certified Professional Coach (iPEC), I offer you all the resources and tools you need to become the confident leader of your own life and career. And as a formerly burned-out but “successful” leader who had to dive deep and design her own path, I understand.
