I’m Erin McCarthy PhD, Mindfulness Coach & Philosophical Counsellor, and I combine my 20+ years of mindfulness expertise and experience with my academic background as a Philosophy Professor to provide the most powerful transformation possible for my clients.

This unique combination I’m able to bring to the table allows me to work on deeper levels and look at your thoughts from multiple perspectives during our time together.

I make mindfulness, meditation and philosophy practical, so you can integrate it into your daily life to help you become the calmest, most confident, most capable version of yourself. And if you’re wondering whether you have time for it, you need as little as 10 minutes per day.

Every person is different and my evidence-based, trauma-sensitive approach is completely customized to you and your unique thoughts and circumstances.

An 8 session private coaching experience for stressed adults who want to feel happier every day by knowing exactly how to calm and control the thoughts in their head. Starting at $1200 for an 8 session program.

Calm Concussion Recovery

A self-paced six module mindfulness audio program to support you in your concussion recovery. Starting at $197. Individualized 1:1 coaching also available starting at $150/session

Mindful Philosophical Counselling: Philosophical counselling can help you see the inconsistencies in your belief systems; help you untangle unhelpful patterns of thought or flaws in your reasoning; help you find philosophical interpretations of changing circumstances and explore things like moral and ethical issues; issues of meaning, value or purpose; issues of personal or professional fulfilment. Starting at $150/session.
